“Pro-Wrestling FRONTIER…”
The voice
clearly belongs to Angelica Jones, but where is she? The camera shifts and moves around until we
see a familiar figure, a female silhouette that slowly but surely comes into
view. It’s none other than Angelica
Jones herself. The lovely lady is an
elegant knee length purple short lace dress that features a sleek form fitting
silhouette with a scalloped edge on the V-neckline and sheer long sleeves. A sprinkle of sequins are scattered
throughout to add just the right touch of sparkle. Her feet are encased in black high heeled
sandals. Her eyes are covered by dark
sunglasses.
“…this company holds a special place in my
heart. During my time here, Chandler
Scott was the longest reigning GFC World Champion in history and I was the one who
ended his reign. I put an end to that
sham of a title reign and restored dignity to the GFC World Heavyweight
Championship. As great as he was, he was
only champion because he hadn’t fought me yet.
And that victory further proved what I say each and every time I step
into the ring…”
She uses her
thumb to point to herself.
“…I am the best in the business today! No one can touch me when it comes to this
ring! Yes, Sean Sands to defeat me to
win the GFC World Championship, but remember I never got my rematch.”
Angelica
shakes her head.
“I did not get to fight Sean Sands one more
time to try and win back my title and had I got my rematch, had I got Sands one more time, I
would have beat him, and I would have
been a two time GFC World Champion, because no one is better than Angelica
Jones; not Chandler Scott and not even Sean Sands. But I didn’t take my rematch, because I had a
better offer on the table.”
A grin forms
on her face.
“I was offered the opportunity to run and
operate Pro-Wrestling FRONTIER. Here I
was, a former world champion in this sport, now faced with the opportunity to
actually run a wrestling organization?
How could I turn it down? How
could I turn down an opportunity to see things from the executive’s side of the
desk? So I of course I jumped at the
chance and I became owner of Pro-Wrestling FRONTIER. Now did everyone support my administration?”
Angelica
shakes her head.
“No, they didn’t. I wasn’t exactly a popular owner and, to be
honest, I wasn’t proud of my actions either.
I was at the beck and call of Silas Mason at the time and as a loyal
member of Silas World I did whatever he wanted.
For all intents and purposes, Silas World was running FRONTIER. I could’ve done something about it but I didn’t. Looking back, I am disappointed in myself,
but the past is the past and there is nothing I can do to change that.”
She grins.
“What I can do is focus on the here and
now. After FRONTIER shut down I moved on
to Supreme Championship Wrestling where I ditched Silas Mason and, along with
my sister Kayla, became one half of the SCW World Tag Team Champions. This weekend Kayla and I will be heading to
Toronto, Ontario to compete for the SCW World Tag Team Championships and to
participate in the Taking Hold of the Flame Battle Royal. And then after that, regardless of what condition
I am in physically, I will make the trip across the pond to participate in an
event equally as important to me…”
“…One Last Time.”
“Now I couldn’t help but hear Destiny
talking and I agree with at least one of her points. I don’t like the notion of One LAST
Time. Who says this has to be the LAST
time? A great place like FRONTIER can
stay alive. It can live again. This can turn into One MORE Time.”
“So I’m coming to FRONTIER One MORE Time to
represent SCW in this event, an event to honor one of the greatest
organizations I was allowed to be a part of.
It is an honor to be a former GFC World Champion and an even greater
honor to be a former owner of FRONTIER and I look forward to putting on a show
for all FRONTIER fans and all wrestling fans all over the world.”
Angelica
removes her sunglasses and tosses them aside.
“Nina Stokes, it’ll be you and me. And I hope you’re ready to face one of the
best ever, I hope you’re ready to face professional wrestling’s Dragon. I know I will be ready.”
The camera fades
to black.
