vs. Sophie O'Brian

I think the good people of Supreme Championship Wrestling deserve to know the background, the history behind this feud between Total War and The Sisterhood.  I mean, let’s be honest, Sophie O’Brian may sound like a deluded psychopath that breaths fire, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t intelligent.  Quite the contrary.  Sophie is very smart and I know from firsthand experience how dangerous her intelligence can prove to be.  Sophie O’Brian, I will give you credit where credit is due. You know what you’re doing.  So to say that you just randomly decided to hate on The Sisterhood would be a complete falsehood.

Sophie and Mark, you see, are a great tag team.  Four times they have held tag team championship gold.  There is no denying their ability as a tag team.  But I’ve always been told that as good as you are, there is always someone out there who may just be a little bit better.  Or maybe, even if you are on a tremendous run, beating every great tag team there is in the sport, you will eventually run into someone who can beat you, especially if you’re having an off-night and they’re on the top of their game.

Do you want to blame it on the O’Brian siblings having an off-night?  Go ahead.  Or maybe Sophie and Mark were just facing opponents who were just at the top of their game?  Sure, let’s go with that.  Whatever reason you want to use, the fact is that Sophie and Mark’s last reign as a tag team champion ended when they lost the Global Division of Wrestling World Tag Team Championship to none other than yours truly and my sister Kayla.

That’s right, The Sisterhood defeated Total War for tag team gold.

Normally that would spark some outrage, some anger.  It’s to be expected.  As a veteran of this game I’ve orchestrated some heinous plots in my days to try and get revenge after being defeated for championship gold.  But whether my revenge was successful or not was irrelevant, eventually I calmed down, eventually I moved on past the loss.

Sophie, quite obviously, is not like most wrestlers.  She tried to get her revenge but failed.  She tried multiple times and failed.  And as you can see, she never could move on past that failure.  It’s clearly been eating her alive.  She just cannot stand the knowledge that The Sisterhood on one damn night was better than Total War.

Insecure, much?

That insecurity has led Sophie on a downward spiral, not just in her career but in her mind.  She has barely come close to championship gold since Kayla and I dethroned her and Mark and her mind has descended into madness, this madness about somehow, for some sick reason, wanting to prove that everyone is dark, twisted and evil.

Well guess what, Sophie?  The darkness within me does exist.  I’ve fought it with every fiber of my being because I want to be a better person.  I don’t want to be remembered as a monster.  But as I’ve learned from observing my new colleagues in SCW, sometimes you have to unleash that inner monster in order to achieve justice.

If releasing that darkness is what you want, Sophie, then guess what?  You’re going to get it.  In spades.  What you and Mark have tried to do to my sister, tried to break her neck, all because you couldn’t stand the fact that you lost to us…well that’s inexcusable.  And you couldn’t let it go, could you?  You’ve persisted.  You followed us into SCW and why?  Just to get your petty revenge?

You arguably cost us the Scaffold Scramble by pulling me down off with you, crashing into the tables.  So congratulations, Sophie.  You cost The Sisterhood a chance at a tag team title shot.  But your reward is that you get to go one on one with the monster that resides within me, and that monster is going to show no mercy and will feel no remorse.  That monster will tear you apart.

Sucks to be you.

Oh but this is supposedly what you want, isn’t it?  This is what you’ve wanted for a very long time.  You want this opportunity to finally get your petty little revenge against The Sisterhood and for what?  For defeating you and taking your precious tag titles from when we were in a fed that is now long gone?

I loved GDW.  It was my home for the longest part of my career; but Sophie, I’ve moved on.  Kayla has moved on.  We will always remember GDW but it is no longer our home.  Supreme Championship Wrestling is our home and we are looking into the future.

You want to dwell on the past.  You want to finish some rivalry that, as far as we’re concerned, is long since finished.  It makes about as much sense as some southerners in the United States who want to re-fight the Civil War.

It’s over!  The South lost!

It’s over, Sophie!  The Sisterhood won!  You cannot rewrite history!  But if you’re so damn insistent upon coming after us, taking your pot shots and cheap shots, if you’re insistent on re-fighting this war, then by all means, The Sisterhood is ready for a war, and you’re going to get the same result that you got years ago.

The Sisterhood will win.  I will win.  Because I’m just simply better than you, Sophie, whether you are willing to accept that fact or not.
